Mac Ranch guarantees all labor and parts for 30 days from the date of repair completion. | Mac Ranch cannot and will not be liable for any loss and/or damage caused by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause outside of Mac Ranch’s control. | Mac Ranch, nor its employees, will not be held responsible for any cables, accessories, or other items unless recorded on this service order. | I acknowledge data loss can occur at any time including during service at Mac Ranch. As this is the case, Mac Ranch advises clients to complete a data back-up before checking in their product for any repair or data transfer service. | Neither The Mac Ranch nor its employees guarantee the integrity of, or ability to recover, any data. | The Mac Ranch offers no warranty with our data recovery services, and no guarantee data can be recovered in full, in part, nor whether such data, applications, or information may be useable after the recovery process. | Any items (including but not limited to  computers, mobile devices, accessories, or any other item) abandoned for 30 days past service completion without rendering payment will become the property of Mac Ranch, unless otherwise noted by a technician on this signed work order. | After The Mac Ranch has performed malware removal we are not liable for new infections after the cleaned device has been removed from our premises.


Return Policy

The Mac Ranch Return Policy: All headphone sales are FINAL once box has been opened. All Apple sales are FINAL once box has been opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Opened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of original purchase for a 20% restock fee if the product and packaging is complete and in new condition and is subject to inspection. No refunds past 14 days, or without proof of purchase. No refunds on Coupons, Gift Cards, Labor, Opened Software, or any special ordered item.
